Please reference the sizing chart at the bottom of this page. Simply wrapping some string around your wrist and marking it at the overlap point can get you very close. It is advisable to choose a size larger rather than smaller.

It is recommended to have your finger sized in person at your local jewelry store.

When applicable a wax model will be sent to you for size confirmation before completion of order.

If you find that a piece does not fit as expected, please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to correct it.

All non customized pieces may be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be in unworn condition and contain the original packaging. Return shipping is paid for by customer.

All Kaleb Alexander pieces are shipped with a polishing cloth. This cloth may be used for light polishing and tarnish removal.

To clean we recommend gently washing with warm water and mild soap. Dry immediately afterward with a soft towel.

DO NOT use any harsh chemicals or bleach to clean your jewelry.

It is advised to store your jewelry in a dry, secure place inside the microfiber pouch provided.
